What is OverLabeled all about?

 

We all appreciate brand name products from time to time. But sometimes, we just want something that looks and feels great. OverLabeled is about providing women with a huge selection of quality, attractive shoes, all without the brand name price premium.

We work with a collection of fantastic boutique designers located throughout the world. With boutique designers, production runs tend to be limited. This ensures our customers up to date fashions that are unique and hard to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, this also means that quantities tend to be more limited than those at larger women’s shoes retailers. So if you see something you like on our site, be sure to act quickly!

How can OverLabeled maintain such low prices?

 

A substantial portion of the price of most branded consumer goods is a result of a heavy marketing program. At OverLabeled, we don’t spend a ton of money on marketing, and as a result, can pass that savings on to our customers. When you don’t absolutely need that brand name item, look to OverLabeled for great looking, high quality women’s shoes at the best price possible and with great customer service.

 

 

What payment methods are acceptable?

 

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal payments.

How is the shipping cost and time determined?

 

OverLabeled ships mainly from Asia to anywhere in the world. We offer two shipping options to all of our customers: 1) Standard Shipping and 2) Expedited Shipping.

Standard Shipping costs USD$7 for the first item and USD$4 for each additional item and usually takes 14-20 days (to the U.S.)

Expedited Shipping is USD$17 for the first item and USD$4 for each additional item depending on the total number of items. Expedited Shipping usually takes 5 days (to the U.S.)

Please note that the same shipping cost schedule applies to shipments to all destinations. However, transit times may vary depending on the speed and reliability of local postal services. Since we mainly ship from Asia, shipping times can be relatively long, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note that most orders are processed, verified and shipped within 5 business days or sooner. Order processing time is not included in the above mentioned transit times.

How are your shoe sizes determined?

 

As OverLabeled sources many of our products from overseas, the sizes labeled on the item may be European, Korean, Chinese, etc. We convert these international shoe sizes into their respective U.S. shoe size using internationally accepted shoe conversion standards to ensure that you receive a shoe that fits.

How can I check order status?

 

Please login to your account to check on the status of your order. We will notify you via email once your order ships. For specific inquiries, please email us at service@overlabeled.com. Please be sure to include your Order # in your email.

 

 

What if items I receive do not fit and what is your return policy?
